- Pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked (via server logs and analytics).
- Approximate location (city-level) for service discovery — only when you grant permission.

- To process and confirm bookings with Partners.

- Partners: We share your name, phone number, vehicle type, and booking details with the Partner you book with, to fulfil the service.
- Service providers: Third-party vendors who assist with payments, SMS, email delivery, and analytics — bound by confidentiality agreements.
- Legal obligations: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking records are retained for up to 5 years for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time (see Section 6).
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information (via your Profile page).
- Delete your account and associated data by contacting us at support@shineauto.in.
- Opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
